Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Return Policy covers the buyer against ‘damaged’, ‘defective’ and ‘not as described’ products.

For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy

Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered.

 - Eligibility for Return/Replacement

Select items labeled as 7 days returnable on the product detail page are eligible for Return/Replacement.

The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. By original packaging, we mean that the product isn’t used with proof of purchase and order number. The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

All customers must request return/exchange with valid reason by going to My Account > My Orders or by contacting MyStore18.com Customer Support for approval before sending or returning any item to us.

MyStore18.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to MyStore18.com.

 - Non-Returnable / Products That Can't Be Returned

Products labeled as "non-returnable" , "No Returns Applicable" on the product detail page are not eligible for returns/exchange/refunds and cannot be returned/exchanged and refunded.

Products may not be eligible for return and refund in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

 - Damaged or Incorrect Product

When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or damaged.

In this case, we will reship a new item or issue a refund after inspecting the product item. And, the customer shall be liable to return the product as per our return policy (mentioned above). The Replacement will be made at our sole discretion.

In case of a incorrect product, the shipping cost shall be paid by the Company.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold on our platform are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms then you will not receive a refund for our service.

In a determination to accomplish user satisfaction, if there is an issue, the customer can contact us through our email at help@mystore18.com.

 - Refund Duration and Mode

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks to the original payment method, once the returned product has been received, inspected and verified by the seller.

If We're not able to refund the customer’s amount to the original payment method, then the customer will be asked to email their bank details to help@mystore18.com to complete the refund process.

MyStore18.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

 - Order Cancellation Request Information

You can cancel your order by going to My Account > My Orders section or by contacting our customer support.

Cancellations made before the order is confirmed, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made after the order has been confirmed, but before the order is dispatched,  incur a 20% fee. Cancellation cannot be done once the order has been dispatched/Shipped.
